Brookside Properties in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a conventional multifamily community. You will drive occupancy, manage budgets, and mentor leasing and maintenance teams while delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily housing experience.
• 3+ years as a Property Manager.
• Experience with resident relations, occupancy growth, and financial management.
• Strong leadership to motivate leasing/maintenance teams.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel; Entrata experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
