Apartner seeks a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain exterior cleanliness and the appearance of common areas at our Fort Lauderdale property. Responsibilities include keeping sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, and trash enclosures tidy, and performing basic exterior maintenance and repairs.

You will operate and maintain equipment such as pavement sweepers, blowers, and pressure washers, report hazards, assist with move-ins/outs and events, and work independently in varied weather.

Qualifikationen

• One or more years of groundskeeping, maintenance, custodial, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to operate relevant equipment properly and responsibly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces and common areas as needed.

• Assist with move-in/move-out cleanups and event setups.
• Follow property appearance, maintenance, and sustainability standards.
