Job summary

You will maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and trash enclosures, sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces, operate equipment, and perform light exterior maintenance.

Qualifications

• One or more years of groundskeeping, maintenance, custodial, or general labor experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior common areas, sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, and trash enclosures.
• Sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces and common areas as needed.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as pavement sweepers, blowers, and pressure washers.
• Identify and report hazards, damage, vandalism, and maintenance needs to management.
• Assist with move-in/move-out cleanups, event setups, and special projects.
