Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash and debris across the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, parking lots, landscaping beds, and common areas.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks including weeding and edging.
• Operate blowers to clear walkways and outdoor areas.
• Water plants and assist with landscape upkeep.
• Maintain building exteriors and community amenities appearance.
• Identify areas needing maintenance and report them.
• Perform other general groundskeeping duties as assigned.
