Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of groundskeeping or related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of groundskeeping or general labor experience.
• Ability to operate equipment properly and responsibly.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior common areas, including sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, trash enclosures, and walkways.
• Empty and clean trash and recycling areas; remove debris and litter from grounds.
• Sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces and common areas as needed.
• Perform basic exterior maintenance and repairs, including fencing, signage, trash cans, and lighting fixtures.
• Operate and maintain non-landscaping equipment, such as pavement sweepers, blowers, and pressure washers.
• Identify and report property hazards, damage, vandalism, and maintenance needs to management.
• Assist with move-in/move-out cleanups, event setups, and special projects.
• Follow property appearance, maintenance, and sustainability standards.
