Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow cleaning instructions and safety procedures.
• Able to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed apartment turnover cleaning to ensure move-in ready units.
• Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies and fitness centers.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wipe surfaces, and sanitize restrooms.
• Empty trash and dispose of debris throughout the community.
• Maintain cleanliness of shared amenities and high-traffic areas.
• Assist maintenance with light cleaning or upkeep tasks as assigned.
