Action Property Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated on-site Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of lobbies, common areas, restrooms, and recreation spaces across communities. You will dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and restock supplies while responding to resident requests with professionalism.

Formación

• Must be over 18 years old and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, and recreation rooms.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents, guests, or management.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and designated areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables following sustainability practices.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Property Manager.
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment; alert when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects, including deep cleaning or event preparation.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents, guests, and team members.
