TRG Management is seeking a maintenance/housekeeping specialist to keep office buildings and residential properties clean and orderly. Responsibilities include cleaning various areas, laundering and polishing, waste disposal, and basic upkeep such as changing light bulbs and replenishing supplies.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, strong customer service to tenants and staff, and the ability to perform tasks across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and offices.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums spaces; cleans rugs and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment; polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, and sills; empties trash.
