Job summary

TRG Management Company LLLP is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our multifamily communities. You will oversee interior and exterior common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, prospects, guests, and staff.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently to follow schedules, use cleaning chemicals safely, and maintain high standards across lobbies, clubrooms, fitness centers, and turnover

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, hotel, or multifamily experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and team members.
• Must be able to safely use common cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all assigned common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and polish surfaces.
• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas throughout the day.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and touch-up cleaning.
• Assist with apartment turnover cleaning to meet property standards.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and cleaning materials securely.
• Report damaged, broken, or unsafe conditions to management.
