TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a detail-oriented maintenance associate to keep office buildings and residential properties clean and orderly. The role involves cleaning fixtures, floors, windows, and common areas, restocking supplies, and assisting with light maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong reliability, and solid communication skills to interact with tenants and staff.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairways, and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors and office spaces.
• Dust furniture and equipment; polish metal surfaces.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork; clean windows and sills.
• Empty trash and transport waste to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs.
• Perform lawn care if required; deliver messages and transport small equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness to support a safe, inviting environment.
