Tarantino Properties is seeking an Apartment Cleaner / Housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas across our communities in San Antonio, TX. The role supports make-ready units and upholds high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units, maintaining communal areas, light groundskeeping, and reporting safety concerns. A reliable, detail-oriented team player who can stay active throughout the day is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (but not required!).
• Strong attention to detail.

• Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes (make-ready units)
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas (clubhouse, hallways, laundry rooms, etc.)
• Assist with light groundskeeping as needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Help create a positive first impression for new residents
