Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking dependable Groundskeepers/Porters to maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of our communities in San Antonio, TX.

You will be responsible for keeping common areas neat, picking up trash, and assisting the maintenance team. Ideal candidates have prior maintenance or custodial experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents

Requirements
