Job summary

Davenport Management Inc. in Pawtucket, RI requests a detail‑oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of common areas and vacant apartments across our residential property.

You will perform deep cleaning, restock supplies, and assist with safety and maintenance reporting to keep the building move‑in ready and welcoming for residents and staff. This role may require occasional weekend shifts; physical stamina to lift up to 30 lbs is expected, with prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or similar role preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and cleaning procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning of vacant apartments to ready them for new residents.
• Report maintenance issues and restock supplies in common areas.
• Sweep outdoor entryways and keep exterior areas clean and safe.
• Follow all safety policies and chemical storage guidelines.
