Qualifications

• At least 6 months of work experience in cleaning/janitorial.
• Background check and drug test required for employment.
• Facilities positions may require a pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Cleans vacant units thoroughly according to the checklist.
• Maintains clean common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, windows, stairwells and bathrooms.
• Performs year-round grounds maintenance including snow/ice removal when needed.
• Performs minor building/unit maintenance tasks; writes up maintenance work orders.
