Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean spaces.
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with residents and team members.
• Knowledge of safe handling and usage of cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning duties in common areas, hallways, and entryways.
• Clean and maintain lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces.
• Restock supplies in designated areas.
• Notify management of maintenance issues or repairs needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to keep the environment hazard-free.
• Assist with cleaning needs in vacant apartments or units as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address cleaning-related concerns.
