PRAXM is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our Midwest multi-family properties. You will service units and common areas, ensuring pristine conditions for new move-ins and ongoing resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety awareness, and efficient operation of cleaning equipment within varying daily tasks and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
• Work effectively with the team and ensure a positive environment.
• Clean all floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
• Vacuum all floors.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock all restrooms.
• Ensure apartments are clean prior to new resident move-ins.
• Empty trash in common areas and coordinate with maintenance on trash issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance and office staff to complete cleaning requests.
