Job summary

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a Communication Integrated Product Team Lead to guide RF-intensive software and system development within the AH-64 program.

You will craft roadmaps, assess technology and coordinate with PMO teams and government partners to meet airworthiness and security requirements. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering and 5–10 years in DoD systems, strong modeling and RF experience, and the ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 5–10 years of related DoD experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital signal processing and RF systems.
• Experience developing systems for military applications (avionics, GPS, communications).
• Ability to work independently and build relationships across offices and government teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate software development roadmaps/strategies and cost estimates for RF-intensive systems.
• Develop technical communication requirements with User Community.
• Coordinate with PM and Systems Readiness Directorate for airworthiness qualification.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and SOSA-compatible standards for SDR systems.
• Perform countermeasures and vulnerability analysis for RF systems.
• Assist in SOW development and contractual requirements with PM personnel.
• Support DSP development and standardization efforts for SDR systems.
• Coordinate frequencies for Apache-related test and fielding activities.
• Maintain SIPR access and liaise with DoD spectrum management.
