Job summary

Citi Singapore is seeking a Director for Transaction Banking - Payments & Liquidity Sales to lead senior client engagements across the Asia Pacific region. You will shape deal strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive revenue through multi-product cash management solutions for multinational corporations.

In this role you will respond to RFIs/RFPs, craft compelling proposals, and partner with Product, Coverage, and Country teams to win mandates.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years in banking with 10+ years in transaction banking sales.
• Proven ability to develop multi-product cash management solutions.
• Strong client relationship and deal negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations for regional bids.
• Coordinate internal approvals, closures, and handovers.
• Develop and deliver responses to tenders (RFI/RFP) and marketing materials.
• Build long-term client relationships and cross-sell Citi TTS services.
• Stay updated on market trends and risk considerations.

Education

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
