Job summary

Citi is seeking a dynamic Product Manager for the Asia Cross Border Payments cluster, based in Singapore, with a focus on growing cross-border payments and client value across Asia South and JANA clusters.

You will lead initiatives, drive adoption, and coordinate with sales, legal, tech, and operations to ensure seamless execution and reduced risk while delivering market-leading client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience ideally within Cash Management, Trade, or Securities Business.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, e-commerce, and emerging payment flows.
• Experience with API and SWIFT setups, and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Citi’s cross-border payments capabilities and technical aspects of the offering.
• Drive engagement with sales and support cross-border payments solutioning for select clients and conduct trainings.
• Develop tailored collateral and identify use cases to increase cross-border payments penetration across client segments.
• Support WorldLink onboarding, drive usage expansion, and adoption of alternative payment methods.
• Independently lead data analysis, track business performance, and identify insights to grow the business and manage risk.
• Coordinate with country/global product, sales, legal, technology, and operations teams for alignment and timely execution.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in cross-border payments.
