Job summary

The United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an APAC Total Rewards Business Partner to lead compensation initiatives and regional benefits execution across APAC. This role translates the global Total Rewards strategy into programs reflecting local market needs and regulatory requirements.

Based in Singapore with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week), you will collaborate with regional leaders, HRBPs, Recruiting, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external partners to design, implement,

Qualifications

10+ years of Total Rewards experience across compensation and benefits.
Strong knowledge of APAC market practices and regulatory considerations.
Ability to translate global strategy into local Total Rewards programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

Regional Total Rewards Partnership: advise on compensation and benefits across APAC.
Compensation Strategy & Design: shape base pay, incentives, equity, and related programs.
Benefits Execution & Operations: support APAC benefits rollout and operations.
Market Benchmarking & Insights: analyze external market trends and regulatory updates.
Offer Strategy & Pay Decisions: collaborate with Recruiting on offers and approvals.
Program Management & Governance: ensure controls, data integrity, and policy adherence.
Employee Experience & Communication: craft clear Total Rewards communications.
Operational Excellence & Automation: streamline processes and tools.
