Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned People Partner to lead HR initiatives for Japan and APAC from our Singapore hub. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Support leaders to scale teams, design organisation structures, and drive regional people strategies in alignment with global priorities.

The role requires 8+ years of HR experience, APAC expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

8+ years of HR / People experience, including significant HRBP experience at a high-growth company.
Multi-jurisdiction APAC experience across employment law, culture, and people practices.
Generalist capability spanning Employee Relations, Operations, and strategic business partnering.
Experience partnering with GTM or revenue teams (Sales/Marketing/Product Support).

Responsibilities

Act as the primary People Partner for Japan & APAC with regional leadership across levels and markets.
Collaborate with functional People Partners to scale teams, evolve structures, and align regional priorities with global strategy.
Coach senior leaders to improve leadership capability and performance in a fast-growth environment.
Identify organizational friction and improve cross-functional alignment and clarity across teams.
Partner across Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations to drive high-impact initiatives.
Use data and employee feedback to inform decisions and improve team health and performance.
Develop a Japan & APAC people strategy aligned to regional growth and global GTM priorities.
