Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Product Support Analyst to manage post-trade operations for APAC clients. You will serve as the escalation point for product issues, drive enhancements, and coordinate between clients, product teams, and Asia Pacific stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product support, business analysis, or systems implementation in financial services.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong knowledge of APAC market operations (securities, clearing, settlements).
• Strong SQL skills for data investigation and reporting.
• Ability to read Java or C code for troubleshooting.
• Experience with patch management, testing, and release coordination.
• Proven client-facing project or support case management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary APAC product issues contact, ensuring timely resolution and updates.
• Troubleshoot complex system and application problems with Asia Pacific teams.
• Apply, test, and verify product patches in UAT/production.
• Monitor system health, perform root-cause analysis, and propose preventive measures.
• Gather client requirements for new features in the APAC market context; prepare specs.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of product enhancements.
• Lead client support during UAT and go-live execution.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams; provide progress updates.
• Advise clients on system capabilities, enhancements, and best practices.
