Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking a Partner Readiness Specialist to bridge Channel Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and partner organizations across Asia Pacific. You will enable partner sales teams, distributors, and alliance partners to confidently position, demonstrate, design, sell, and support Extreme Networks solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling partner sales teams and channels.

• Background in technical training or enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Channel Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and partner organizations across Asia Pacific.
• Enable partner sales teams and systems engineers to position, demonstrate, design, and sell Extreme solutions.
• Support certifications, sales methodologies, platform adoption, and business planning within Extreme programs.
• Help partners become self-sufficient, technically competent, and commercially successful.
