Job summary

Extreme Networks operates across the Asia Pacific region and seeks a Partner Readiness Specialist to bridge Channel Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and Partner Organizations. The role focuses on building partner capability to accelerate partner-led growth.

You will enable partner sales teams and distributors to confidently position, demonstrate, design, sell, and support Extreme Networks solutions, while advancing certifications, onboarding and adoption of Extreme programs and tools.

Qualifications

• Bridge between Channel Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing and Partner Organizations across APAC.
• Enable partner sales teams and partners to position, demonstrate, design, sell and support Extreme solutions.
• Support certifications, sales methodologies, technical competency and adoption of Extreme programs and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to build partner capability and accelerate partner-led growth.
• Onboard and certify partners, ensure technical competency and business planning.
• Advise partners on sales methodologies and use of Extreme tools.
