Job summary

Qumulo seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Japan to guide enterprise customers and OEM/Channel partners through onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across data storage and multi-cloud environments.

You will act as the technical liaison, translating complex storage and cloud discussions into business value, driving health and renewal strategies, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Success in a Data Storage, Data Management, or Cloud environment.
Experience managing up to 50 enterprise accounts and OEM/Channel partners.
Strong ability to translate technical discussions for C-Suite audiences and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the full customer lifecycle for enterprise and strategic customers and partners, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals.
Drive value realization and success plans; conduct QBRs with customers and align with goals.
Serve as the primary technical liaison for data storage and cloud architecture discussions.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering to resolve escalations and influence roadmap.
Enable and support OEM and Channel partners to drive joint success.
Provide customer insights and advocate for product improvements.
