PitchBook seeks a Data Operations leader to drive APAC data initiatives, mentor senior staff, and build scalable data processes across regions. You will partner with Sales, CS, and Product to enhance data collection, tooling, and methodologies while ensuring high data quality.

The role requires strong people management, proficiency in SQL/Python, and experience with BI tools. A competitive base salary accompanies comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field; 3–5+ years in financial data operations or related areas.
• Proven people management overseeing multi-regional teams; experience with recruiting and developing talent.
• Experience with SQL/Python to analyze operational data and improve workflows; familiarity with BI tools for KPI tracking.

Responsabilités

• Foster department culture and champion DEI across the team (5%).
• Lead APAC data operations recruiting and interview processes (2%).
• Train and ramp new hires on APAC data operations (2%).
• Maintain regular 1:1s to review performance and career development (8%).
• Create quarterly benchmarking documents on APAC datasets (2%).
• Develop market knowledge of APAC data providers (5%).
• Participate in bi-weekly Leadership meetings on data operations initiatives (5%).
• Drive APAC teams’ vision and strategic initiatives (30%).
• Quality assurance of production profiles across APAC datasets (10%).
• Develop and rollout APAC research methodologies (10%).
• Present operations reviews on APAC data operations (3%).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and staffing with leadership (3%).
• Collaborate with Sales/CS/Go-To-Market to address data gaps (10%).
• Partner with Product/Engineering to enhance data collection tools and workflows (5%).
• 15 days remote work flexibility for a whole year.
• 6 direct reports: 4 Leads & 2 Senior Associates
