PitchBook Data, Inc. is seeking a data operations leader for APAC focused responsibilities.

The role emphasizes building a strong team culture, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching while coordinating with sales, customer success, and product teams to enhance data collection and workflow efficiency. You will manage multi-regional teams, contribute to strategic roadmaps, and ensure data quality across APAC datasets, with a priority on mentorship, budgeting, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field, or foreign equivalent and 5 years of related experience.
• Master’s degree acceptable with 3 years of related experience; can substitute education for experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster department culture and champion DEI across the department (5%).
• Lead recruiting and hiring efforts for APAC data operations teams, including screens and on-site interviews (2%).
• Accountable for training and ramping new hires on APAC data operations teams (2%).
• Maintain 1:1s with direct reports to recap performance and career development (8%).
• Develop quarterly benchmarking documents on APAC datasets (2%).
• Develop market knowledge of APAC data providers and regional research methodologies (5%).
• Lead bi-weekly Data Ops Leadership meetings and drive strategic initiatives (30%).
• QA production profiles across APAC datasets (10%).
• Support APAC research methodologies documentation and rollout (10%).
• Budgeting, forecasting, and staffing collaboration with director (3%).
• Collaborate with Sales/CS/Go-To-Market to address data gaps (10%).
• Partner with Product/Engineering to improve data collection tools (5%).
• 15 days remote work flexibility for a year
• 6 direct reports: 4 Leads & 2 Senior Associates
