Job summary

SmartDev is seeking an APAC Business Development Manager (ODC & AI Solution) to translate AI capabilities into business value for enterprise clients. You will identify prospects, map client pain points to AI blueprints, and close complex deals while collaborating with solution architects and marketing teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of AI concepts, an ability to discuss data pipelines, model performance, and ethical AI considerations with CTOs and CDOs, and a hunter approach to build

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B solution sales with AI focus.
• Proven track record closing five- to six-figure deals.
• Ability to discuss AI concepts with CTOs/CDOs.
• Experience selling to technical and business personas.
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target enterprise AI opportunities in APAC.
• Build a 12-month AI solution pipeline and map pain points to blueprints.
• Structure contracts (POCs, pilots) and negotiate complex terms.
