AutoZone is seeking a Manager, Accounts Payable Vendor Relations to lead the Vendor Relations Team across the US and Mexico. The role oversees vendor disputes, settlements, and the ongoing SAP migration, with collaboration across IT, Merchandising, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional management experience.
• Experience with Rocket Shuttle, Google Big Query (or SQL) and PeopleSoft.
• Advanced Excel Skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage Merchandising vendor relations and maintain a strong relationship with key vendors.
• Lead research related to vendor disputes including unpaid invoices, cost discrepancies, and allowances.
• Partner with IT, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to transform to SAP.
• Oversee Vendor Portal training and accounting reports.
• Manage Vendor Account Statement Review and advise on vendor settlements.
