Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Client AP Systems Administrator to support the Global Shared Services Client Accounts Payable team with IMS operational efficiency, access control, and property onboarding. This role emphasizes design, optimization, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will configure user profiles, build workflows, and provide user training while collaborating with IMS support and internal teams to deliver reliable financial services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience including IMS administration.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create IMS user profiles with accurate access and configuration.
• Design, implement, and optimize invoice workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Communicate with clients to ensure workflows and access meet needs and adjust as required.
• Set up new properties and ensure integration with existing systems and user roles.
• Update banking and GL code validations; monitor system performance.
• Provide training and support to IMS users on features and best practices.
• Collaborate with IMS support to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Stay current with IMS updates and participate in special projects as needed.
