A local company in Stow, Ohio is looking for an experienced AP Supervisor to manage the complete Accounts Payable lifecycle and ensure compliance with regulations. This full-time role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable. • Maintain accurate vendor records; ensure W-9s, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation are up to date; resolve vendor inquiries.
• Enforce internal controls to prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments; ensure adherence to state/federal regulations.

• Manage the full AP lifecycle; invoice receipt, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate vendor records; ensure W-9s, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation are up to date; resolve vendor inquiries.
• Compliance & Controls: Enforce internal controls to prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments; ensure adherence to state/federal regulations including sales/use tax, retention, lien waivers, and prevailing wage requirements.
