Responsabilités

• Process invoices and ensure accurate, timely entry into the accounting system.
• Review invoices for appropriate coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding outstanding invoices.
• Assist with account reconciliations and other day-to-day accounts payable responsibilities.
• Maintain organized financial records and support the overall AP process
