Job summary

CaptiveAire Systems is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume invoice processing, payments, and related transactions. The role requires accuracy, collaboration with purchasing, receiving, operations, and executives, and a mindset for continuous process improvement.

The position supports a manufacturing environment with annual performance bonuses and a focus on timely, correct vendor payments. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in manufacturing or supply chain
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process high-volume vendor invoices in accordance with policies
• Oversee invoice processing, payments, ACH, wires, and weekly check runs
• Ensure timely, compliant vendor payments across entities
• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and resolve complex issues
• Lead and develop the AP team and promote continuous improvement
• Collaborate with departments to support business objectives
