Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist to handle high-volume vendor invoices and support the accounting team. This is an onsite, Monday–Friday role with a pay range of $23.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience.

Requirements include 2+ years of AP experience, strong Excel and data-entry skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team to ensure accurate payments and timely closings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• High-volume processing of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Three way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Review invoices for proper approval, coding, and compliance.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.
