KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an AP Specialist for a logistics and distribution client in Woburn, MA. This on-site role supports day-to-day accounts payable activities with potential for related general ledger tasks based on experience.

You will process 100–200 vendor invoices weekly, handle AP discrepancies, and assist with month-end close. Prior full-cycle AP and Sage 50 experience are preferred, in a manufacturing/distribution setting.

Competenze

• A few years of accounts payable experience, including full-cycle AP.
• Strong GL coding and account reconciliation skills.
• Ability to review transactions and ensure expenses are recorded accurately.
• Sage 50 experience preferred; other Sage experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or inventory-based industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

A growing, private-equity-backed logistics and distribution company is seeking an AP Specialist. This is a great opportunity to join a small accounting team and support day-to-day accounts payable operations, with the potential to take on additional general ledger responsibilities depending on experience.

Location: Woburn, MA

Compensation: $27–$33/hr

Duration: 4–6 weeks

Schedule: 5 days onsite; flexible hours with a preferred minimum of 4–6 hours per day. Full-time hours are available.
