Job summary

The Related Group in Florida is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our Construction Accounting team. You will prepare invoices, oversee project payments, and reconcile statements to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with Purchase Orders and A1A contracts; knowledge of Yardi is a plus. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for entry and code to schedules.
• Oversee recurring project payments (leases, utilities, services).
• Reconcile monthly AP statements.
• Maintain daily AP work queues.
• Manage AP email inbox and vendor communications.
• Investigate and resolve AP processing issues.
• Prepare lien releases and ensure payments to vendors.
• Research and resolve AP issues with internal teams.
• Analyze and reconcile AP GL accounts monthly.
