Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to support a fast-paced construction supply chain finance team in Birmingham. You will sort, code, and enter delivery tickets, match them to invoices, and build payment files to keep suppliers paid on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, hands-on ticket matching, ERP experience (JD Edwards), and a collaborative mindset ready to pitch in beyond AP in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated AP experience.
• AP experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
• Hands-on experience matching delivery tickets to invoices.
• Working knowledge of JD Edwards or another major ERP.
• Willingness to pitch in beyond AP.
• Comfort with fast, direct communication.
