Heaven Hill is seeking an AP Shared Services Operations Manager to lead the Accounts Payable function across multiple subsidiaries in Kentucky. The role focuses on accurate, timely processing, strong internal controls, and exceptional service to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience leading an Accounts Payable organization.
Proven ability to develop teams and manage performance.
Strong process improvement and standardization mindset.
Ability to partner with Purchasing, Treasury, Sales, Operations and other stakeholders.
Experience with multi-currency AP and intercompany settlements.

Responsibilities

Lead daily activities of the AP department with clear performance expectations.
Develop and maintain a high-performing AP team through coaching, onboarding and succession planning.
Support period-end close, audits, 1099 reporting and compliance activities.
Maintain standardized AP processes, documentation, and operating procedures.
Own the AP continuous improvement roadmap and lead transformation initiatives.
Drive automation and optimization using IFS Cloud capabilities.
