Job summary

Beacon Hill in Edison, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced AP Manager to lead a high-volume accounts payable function in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role oversees the AP team, vendor management, payment processing, controls, and process improvements while partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. SAP S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive AP experience with leadership responsibility
• SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred
• Manufacturing, food, CPG, or distribution experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of high-volume AP, PO processes, three-way matching, and vendor management
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AP team and daily operations
• Manage high-volume invoice processing and vendor payments
• Oversee 2-way/3-way matching, PO invoices, accruals, and reconciliations
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA for AP processing, reporting, and workflow management
• Resolve vendor, pricing, receiving, and payment discrepancies
• Support month-end close, audits, and internal controls
• Drive AP automation and process improvements

Seeking an experienced SeniorAP Manager to lead a high-volume accounts payable function within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
