Job summary

CFS in Vandalia, OH (onsite) is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize the accounts payable function. You will manage day-to-day AP operations, mentor the AP team, ensure timely invoice processing, and strengthen internal controls.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounts payable with supervisory experience, strong vendor relations, and advanced Excel skills. You will collaborate with purchasing and finance to improve processes and cash-flow planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
