Job summary

Hunting Energy Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager – Shared Services to oversee the AP function for the Americas region (Canada, the U.S., and Mexico). You will ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments and expense reports while enforcing internal controls and compliance.

You will lead a remote team across multiple locations, manage month-end close, KPIs, and collaborate with IT on D365 enhancements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience with leadership
• Experience managing multi-entity or multi-country AP operations
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, sales and use tax compliance, and 1099 reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Manage AP staff staffing, performance management, training, and career development
• Lead and support remote team members across multiple locations
• Monitor workloads to meet deadlines and month-end close
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive performance
• Oversee AP batch approvals, payment runs, vendor setups, and expense reports
