Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Accounts Payable Team Lead in Denver to oversee high-volume AP operations, resolve escalations, and streamline processes. You will partner with Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, Operations and technology to drive improvements across the AP lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume Accounts Payable or transaction processing.
• End-to-end AP experience: invoices, PO matching, payments, exceptions, vendor support, close.
• Experience supporting daily payment cycles and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ERP and AP workflow/automation system experience.
• Able to troubleshoot complex AP issues and drive improvements.

Job description

The Accounts Payable Team Lead will oversee complex, high-volume AP operations for a commercial real estate company in Denver. This person will handle end-to-end AP, resolve escalations, improve processes, and serve as a functional resource for the team while partnering across Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, Operations, and technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable or transaction processing experience.
• Strong end-to-end AP experience including invoices, PO matching, payments, exceptions, vendor support, and close.
• Experience supporting daily payment cycles.
• Strong ERP and AP workflow/automation system experience.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex AP issues and drive process improvements.
• Strong Excel skills and cross-functional communication abilities.
• PeopleSoft, shared services, UAT, supplier onboarding, international payments, or AP automation experience are strong plusses.
