Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations with a hands-on focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role ensures accurate processing, supports month-end close, and ensures compliance with US GAAP while guiding the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, LOOKUP).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP/AR activities and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Post and review journal entries for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Provide guidance on technical accounting matters to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Assist internal and external audits with documentation.
