Job summary

CK Snacks in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support AP for multiple facilities and AR for one location. This onsite, 1st shift role features a salary range of $48,000–$52,000 with full-time employment.

You will maintain accurate records, process invoices, and assist with month-end close while ensuring compliance and efficient financial processes. Growth opportunities exist within our expanding food manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with EDI invoicing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of handling AP/AR across multiple ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable for multiple facilities using ERP systems.
• Process vendor invoices, PO matching, coding, approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare AP payments (checks, ACH, wires) and month-end close.
• Generate AR invoices and monitor cash flow for one facility.
