Job summary

CK Snacks is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our Grand Rapids team. You will support accounts payable for multiple facilities and accounts receivable for one location, helping keep financial data accurate.

This full-time, first-shift role offers competitive pay and benefits, with on-site work in Grand Rapids, MI. You will collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely payments, month-end close support, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems and EDI invoicing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable for multiple facilities using ERP systems.
• Process and record accounts receivable for one facility and monitor aging.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support month-end close and audits with proper documentation.
• Suggest improvements to accounting workflows and processes.
