Exxpress Tire is seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Buffalo, NY. The role handles AR deposits, customer payments by phone, and AP processing for inventory invoices in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.

The position is hourly with base pay $18.00–$20.00 per hour, typical hours Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm. We value accuracy, teamwork, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient typing skills and 10-key calculator experience.
• Basic understanding of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Post daily customer deposits into the accounts receivable system.
• Process customer payments received by phone.
• Print and mail monthly customer statements on the 26th of each month.
• Provide follow-up support for customer requests, including reprinting invoices.
• Review and process invoices for inventory purchases.
