Job summary

Mesh is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist to support invoice processing and vendor communications. You will triage bills in Bill.com, collect vendor forms, answer routine questions, and help clear older items during the onboarding period.

Experience with Bill.com and NetSuite is required, with fluent English and availability during US business hours. The role offers a remote-friendly, hybrid setup with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or receivable.
• Bill.com and NetSuite experience.
• Reliable availability during US business hours.
• Fluent written English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage the AP inbox and review bills captured in Bill.com before they route for approval.
• Collect vendor forms (W-9, W-8BEN) and file new-contractor reports.
• Answer routine vendor questions and follow up on missing card receipts.
• Send scheduled payment reminders and first collection follow-ups.
• Help clear older and miscoded bills in the first two months
