Mesh Connect is seeking a part-time accounts payable/receivable specialist to support our finance team using Bill.com and NetSuite. The role focuses on triage of the AP inbox, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments.

You will handle vendor forms, respond to routine questions, send payment reminders, and assist with older or misclassified bills in the early months. Fluent written English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of accounts payable or receivable experience.
• Experience with Bill.com and NetSuite.
• Reliable availability during US business hours.
• Fluent written English; Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Triage the AP inbox and review bills captured in Bill.com before they route for approval.
• Collect vendor forms (W-9, W-8BEN) and file new-contractor reports.
• Answer routine vendor questions and follow up on missing card receipts.
• Send scheduled payment reminders and first collection follow-ups.
• Help clear older and miscoded bills in the first two months
