Job summary

Complyance is seeking an experienced AP/AR specialist to own the end-to-end cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and healthy vendor/customer relationships. You will play a key role in maintaining cash flow and financial controls across multi-currency transactions.

In this role, you’ll work with Xero, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support month-end reconciliations. A qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) is preferred, with strong organizational skills and attention

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an AP/AR or similar finance role.
• Experience with accounting software (Xero preferred).
• Comfortable handling multi-currency transactions.
• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycles, including invoicing and expenses.
• Process supplier payments and reconcile vendor statements.
• Chase outstanding customer balances and manage collections.
• Maintain accurate AP/AR ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with vendors and customers on billing queries.
• Support month-end reconciliations related to AP/AR.

The role

Owns the end-to-end AP/AR cycle, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, payments are collected on time, and vendor and customer relationships are well maintained. Plays a key role in keeping cash flow healthy and predictable.
