Job summary

Livefino is seeking an AR/AP Manager responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with general ledger accounting duties. The role reports to the EVP of Finance and HR and requires leadership of A/R and A/P activities across departments.

Responsibilities include invoicing, vendor/customer relations, internal controls, month-end close, and cash flow planning. A degree in accounting or business admin and 5+ years of accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration required.
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience with leadership experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to promote best practices and solve business challenges.
• Industry experience in construction, tech, solar or similar preferred.
• Experience with Netsuite highly preferred; must pass a level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing and relationships.
• Implement controls and procedures for payables and receivables management.
• Oversee month-end closing activities and reporting for A/R and A/P.
• Prepare weekly payment schedules and cash flow requirements.
• Coordinate audits and respond to audit requests.
• Maintain accuracy of agings and ensure regulatory compliance.
